Marlene González possesses more than 30 years of experience in management, operations, product development, franchising, and training and development. As the Founder and President of Life Coaching Group, LLC., she is an innovator in the cutting-edge industry of executive coaching, leadership, and organizational behavior management. She is a certified Executive Coach, Trainer, Consultant, and Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner.
Her experiences in the US, the UK, Germany, France, Latin America, and her native Venezuela have equipped her with a true global perspective. Marlene coauthored the book 'Latinization and the Latino Leader: How to Value, Develop, and Advance Latino Professionals', which offers concrete recommendations for manageable, proactive methods to establish or enhance a business’s framework for the development, retention, and advancement of Latino employees at all levels.
Prior to establishing her own business, Marlene was as a Senior Director of Global Training, Learning, and Development for McDonald’s Corporation. She led the strategic execution of the global training strategies, executive development, and learning technology platform for the entire enterprise that supported 2.5 million employees and 30,000 restaurants located in more than 140 countries.
Marlene has received multiple awards and recognitions, such as the HACE Legend Award, the Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals, and recognition as one of the Top 100 Executives in Latin America by Dinero Magazine.
Marlene holds two BAs from DePaul University and Clayton College of Natural Health, an Executive MBA/PAG from IESA Business School in Venezuela, and a Graduate Diploma on Managerial Issues in the Global Enterprise from Thunderbird University, the Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona.
