Jill Windelspecht is an experienced executive coach and organization consultant. She helps executives and their teams reach their potential and help create organizational climates that lead to lifelong prosperity. Helping manage change, coach and train leaders, success planning, organization design, culture assessments and facilitating strategic retreats.
She brings over 20 years of experience successfully leading organization effectiveness strategies and coaching executives internally across 15 countries in organizations including Honeywell, Eaton and FirstEnergy. Jill’s approach is a blend of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, six sigma and gestalt that allows her to bring practical solutions to complex problems using data and behavioral science.
Jill received an Executive Masters in NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute, MS in Organizational Behavior from Pfeiffer University and BS in Psychology & Sociology from Michigan State University. She is certified in Gestalt and Emotional Intelligence and uses multiple personality and 360 assessments.
